Can you give examples of stocks I can request?
Yes. For US-listed stocks, popular requests include Apple (AAPL), Microsoft (MSFT), NVIDIA (NVDA), Tesla (TSLA), Amazon (AMZN), Meta (META), Alphabet (GOOGL), and JPMorgan Chase (JPM). For internationally listed stocks, examples include ASML (Netherlands), TSMC (Taiwan), Toyota (Japan), Samsung (South Korea), Shell (UK), Nestlé (Switzerland), and BP (UK). These are illustrative examples — any qualifying listed stock may be requested.
Can you give examples of indices I can request?
Yes. Examples include the S&P 500, NASDAQ 100, Dow Jones Industrial Average, FTSE 100, DAX (Germany), Nikkei 225 (Japan), Hang Seng (Hong Kong), and CAC 40 (France). If your preferred index has a tradable chart with sufficient history, it is eligible for request.
Can you give examples of cryptocurrencies I can request?
Yes. Beyond Bitcoin (BTC), which Chartrick covers daily, you can request analysis for Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), XRP, Cardano (ADA), Avalanche (AVAX), Chainlink (LINK), Polkadot (DOT), and other major cryptocurrencies with at least 3 years of chart history and sufficient trading volume for technical analysis.
What types of requests will be rejected?
Requests will be declined if the asset falls into any of the following categories: penny stocks trading below $5 per share or listed on OTC markets; assets listed for less than 3 years that lack sufficient chart history for weekly analysis; forex currency pairs; futures contracts; options and other derivative instruments; and any asset that does not meet Chartrick’s service criteria. Chartrick also reserves the right to decline any request at its sole discretion.
What is considered a penny stock for this service?
For the purposes of this service, a penny stock is defined as any stock trading below $5 per share or listed on over-the-counter (OTC) markets rather than a recognized major exchange such as NYSE, NASDAQ, or AMEX. Penny stock requests are not supported under any plan.
Why are newly listed assets excluded?
Weekly chart analysis requires a sufficient volume of historical price data to identify meaningful trend structure, support and resistance zones, and indicator behavior. Assets listed for less than 3 years do not have enough weekly chart history to support the analytical methodology Chartrick applies to all reports.
Can I request analysis for forex pairs?
No. Forex currency pairs, futures contracts, options, and other derivative instruments are outside the scope of this service. Chartrick’s analysis methodology is applied to equity, index, commodity, and cryptocurrency chart structures — not derivative markets.
What happens if my request is rejected?
If your request is declined during the review stage, you will receive an email notification explaining that the request did not meet service criteria. Your payment will be refunded minus a $2 processing fee, which covers payment gateway charges incurred during the transaction.

No. The supported and excluded asset categories apply equally across all plans. The difference between plans is the depth and format of analysis delivered, not the type of assets covered.
How is payment processed?
All payments are processed securely through PayPal, one of the world’s leading payment gateways. Chartrick does not store sensitive financial information such as credit card numbers. Once payment is confirmed, an automated email confirmation is sent to your registered address and your request enters the review queue immediately.
What is the refund policy?
If your request is declined during the review stage, your payment is refunded minus a $5 processing fee to cover payment gateway charges. Approved and completed reports are non-refundable, as the analytical work is prepared specifically for your requested asset by a dedicated team of analysts.
Are there any hidden charges beyond the plan price?
No. The price listed for each plan is the full amount charged at the time of purchase. The only deduction that may apply is the $5 processing fee in the event of a declined request refund.
What emails will I receive after submitting my request?
You will receive three emails throughout the process. The first is an automated confirmation sent immediately after your payment is successfully processed — this confirms your request has been received and entered the review queue. The second email notifies you of approval or rejection following the initial analyst review. If approved, your request moves to the analysis preparation stage. If declined, this email will include details of your refund. The third and final email delivers your completed chart analysis report as an attachment, sent within 2 working days of approval.
How quickly will I receive the approval or rejection email?
Chartrick aims to complete the initial request review promptly. Once your request enters the queue, the junior analyst review is conducted as efficiently as possible. You will be notified by email once a decision has been made. Delivery of the completed report then follows within 2 working days of approval.
Where is my report delivered?
Your completed analysis report is delivered to the email address you provide at the time of submission. The report is not hosted on or accessible through the Chartrick website — it is sent directly as an email attachment. Ensure your email address is entered correctly at the time of submission.
